Plan Details and Included Minutes
AIVO bills by minutes only. There is no per-call charge.

- Inbound and outbound minutes are tracked separately. Each has its own allowance.
- There is no limit on the number of calls, only total minutes used per bucket.
- Your minutes counters reset on your billing date each month.
How Overage Is Calculated
If you exceed your included minutes:
- Lite plan: $0.55 BZD per additional inbound minute, $0.35 BZD outbound.
- Starter plan: $0.50 BZD per additional inbound minute, $0.30 BZD outbound.
- Growth plan: $0.45 BZD per additional inbound minute, $0.25 BZD outbound.
- Professional plan: $0.40 BZD per additional inbound minute, $0.20 BZD outbound.
Overages are calculated per call and deducted from your balance.
Example
You are on the Starter plan. In March, your AI handled 250 calls totaling 1,100 inbound minutes.
- Included: 1,000 inbound minutes
- Overage: 1,100 - 1,000 = 100 minutes x $0.50 = $50.00 BZD
Tip: AIVO sends email alerts when you reach 80% and 100% of your included minutes so you can upgrade before incurring overages.
Reading Your Invoice
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date - For your records.
- Billing period - The month the invoice covers.
- Plan charge - Your monthly subscription fee.
- Usage summary - Calls and minutes used vs. included.
- Overage charges - Any usage beyond your plan limits.
- Add-ons - Support tier, extra numbers, or other add-on charges.
- Tax - Applicable taxes (if any).
- Total due - The amount charged to your payment method.
To view invoices: Billing > Invoices. Click any invoice to view or download as PDF.
Payment Methods
AIVO accepts:
- Visa and Mastercard - Credit or debit cards.
- Bank transfer - Available for Enterprise plans. Contact sales for details.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Go to Billing > Payment Method.
- Click Update.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
The new card will be used for all future charges. You can change it at any time.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You receive an email notification.
- AIVO retries the payment after 3 days.
- If it fails again, you have 7 days to update your payment method.
- After 10 days without successful payment, your account is suspended (calls stop routing). Update your payment method to reactivate.
Annual vs Monthly Billing
Monthly Billing (Default)
- Pay month-to-month.
- Cancel any time.
- Higher per-month cost.
Annual Billing
- Pay for 12 months upfront at the price of 11 (1 month free).
- Refunds are prorated if you cancel mid-year.

To switch to annual billing: Billing > Change Plan > Select Annual.
